• Role Description

    This is a full-time role for an entry-level Grinding Technician.

    The Grinding Technician will be responsible for operating grinding machines, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and performing quality checks on finished products.

    Daily tasks also include interpreting blueprints, setting machine controls, and troubleshooting issues to maintain production efficiency.

    No experience is necessary as we will provide training.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with operating grinding machines and machinery maintenance (preferred but not necessary)

    • Experience in the manufacturing industry is helpful

    • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

    • Good attitude and willingness to learn

    • Ability to work independently

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer located in New Britain, CT. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes.

    Daily tasks include analyzing production workflows, developing process documentation, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

    The engineer will also ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations while working to reduce costs and improve product quality.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

    • Experience working in a manufacturing and production environment

    • Understanding of GD&T, especially for cylindrical features

    • Proficiency in manufacturing software such as ERP/MRP/MEP and CAD/CAM

    • Knowledge of machining techniques and lean six sigma principles

    • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
