Our Capabilities

Flexible Envelope Range

Our equipment can support:

  • OD Grinding: 0.125” to 7” outer diameters and up to 80” length

  • ID Grinding: 0.200” to 10” inner diameters with varying bore lengths

  • Surface Grinding: up to 12” x 36”

Tight Tolerances Across All Sizes

We often grind to:

  • Within ±0.0001” dimensional tolerances, roundness, and concentricity

  • Better than 8 Ra surface finish

Built for Versatility

Our team and decades of experience allows us to support:

  • Repair and rework of worn or damaged components

  • Prototype and production volumes

Spindles / Motors

We specialize in grinding and GPG repairing spindle components for OEM’s and spindle rebuilders. We have in-house gages for a range of ISO tapers, Big-Plus, and HSK tapers. We can handle pilot ID’s as small as 5mm to housing ID’s as large as 150mm.

Machinery

We are trusted by many legacy machinery OEM’s and rebuilders such as Bridgeport, Fellows, Gleason, and more to grind new components and to repair and restore close tolerance dimensions.

Aerospace

Our legacy in aerospace goes back to the 1960’s when we supported the NASA Apollo missions. We continue to provide precision grinding for components used by aerospace manufacturers such as Pratt & Whitney and Sikorsky.

Precision Gages

Our ability to “hold a tenth” makes us the perfect partner for precision gaging OEM’s. We finish grind air gage plugs and master rings/disks to customer specifications.

Production Facility

Production facilities need their equipment to minimize downtime and maintain quality. We manufacture and repair rollers and arbors for mills, slitters, food processing, and many types of facilities.

Tooling & Prototypes

Our fast turnaround time on small quantity parts makes us the perfect partner for your precision tooling needs. We work closely with our customers to develop prototypes as well as production lots.
